Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The 901STEM Ultimate STEM Basket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by 901STEM, a Tennessee nonprofit organization.
2. Eligibility
Open to individuals of all ages. A parent or guardian must submit the entry on behalf of anyone under 18.
Employees, officers, and directors of 901STEM and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win.
3. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted beginning at 9:30 a.m. Central Time on Saturday, September 12, 2026, and ending at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Sunday, September 13, 2026, during the Germantown Festival.
Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Visit the 901STEM booth at the Germantown Festival during the Entry Period and complete an official entry form with the requested contact information.
No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter.
Limit one entry per person. Incomplete, illegible, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One winner will receive the 901STEM Ultimate STEM Basket, containing a selection of STEM-related products, activities, and educational items.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $250.
The prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. 901STEM reserves the right to substitute an item of comparable value if a listed item becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The drawing will take place at approximately 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Sunday, September 13, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
The potential winner will be notified using the phone number and email address provided on the entry form.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of the first notification attempt to arrange receipt of the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, 901STEM may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity and eligibility before receiving the prize.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants 901STEM permission to use the winner’s first name and city of residence to announce the Sweepstakes winner on 901STEM’s website and social media channels without additional compensation.
Any use of the winner’s photograph or additional identifying information will be subject to the winner’s permission.
9. Privacy
Contact information collected for the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and contact the winner.
Entering the Sweepstakes does not automatically subscribe an entrant to 901STEM marketing emails or text messages. Any opportunity to join the 901STEM mailing list will be presented separately and will be optional.
10. General Conditions
901STEM reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules or involve fraud, tampering, or other improper conduct.
901STEM may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent it from being conducted fairly or as intended.
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of 901STEM regarding the Sweepstakes.
11. Release
To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless 901STEM, its officers, directors, volunteers, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
12. Germantown Festival Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered solely by 901STEM. The Germantown Festival and its organizers are not sponsors or administrators of the Sweepstakes and are not responsible for its operation.
